Processing and Shipping

My current processing time is 1–6 business days. I send your order to the shipping address specified at checkout. Please make sure it is correct!

I ship internationally from Ukraine to many countries, including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and others. If your country is not listed, please contact me, and I will try to help you.

All orders are sent via Ukrposhta, which will then be passed to your national postal service. Tracking number and delivery confirmation are included.

Shipping cost $11.90. Free Shipping on orders over $50. 

Delivery Times

International shipping takes a little bit longer than domestic. Estimated shipping time is 10-45 business days (depends on your location).

Delivery time can vary for reasons beyond my control (customs delay, hurricane, snowstorm, etc.), and I can't be responsible for possible delays or losses.

Before Christmas, international airlines, customs and postal services are very busy, so the delivery time may increase by 1-3 weeks. Please consider this when placing your orders.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order has shipped. You can track your package on the official website of your national postal service or via global tracking sites (like 17track).

*** When the package is in transit (on the way to the destination country, in the transit zone of the airport, at customs), the tracking will not work. Because the package is in a container with international mail. After customs clearance, tracking will work again.

IMPORTANT:
Some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • General: Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, as we do not collect them at the time of checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • US Orders: Orders to the US are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so you will not be charged additional customs fees or tariffs.

Damages and Lost Packages

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help you. Please note that international shipping is beyond my control, so I cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, missing or returned packages, and I cannot refund shipping costs.
