Processing and Shipping
My current processing time is 3–7 business days. I send your order to the shipping address specified at checkout. Please make sure it is correct!
I ship internationally from Ukraine to many countries, including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, the EU, and others. If your country is not listed, please contact me, and I will try to help you.
Shipping Method: All orders are sent via Ukrposhta, which will then be passed to your national postal service.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. In rare cases, delivery can take up to 2 months. Please consider these delivery times before placing your order.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order has shipped. You can track your package on the official website of your national postal service or via global tracking sites (like 17track).
Customs and Import Taxes
- General: Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, as we do not collect them at the time of checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
- USA Orders: Orders to the US are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so you will not be charged additional customs fees or tariffs.
Damages and Lost Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, has missing contents, or is returned, please reach out to us, and we will advise on the next best steps.
Please note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, missing, or returned packages, but we will do our best to assist you in any way we can. Additionally, we do not reimburse or refund shipping charges for lost, stolen, or returned packages.
