Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship from Ukraine to most countries, including the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia. If you don't see your country at checkout, please reach out to me.

How long does international shipping take?

  • International shipping takes a little bit longer than domestic. Estimated shipping time is 10-45 business days (depending on your location).
  • Delivery time can vary for reasons beyond my control (customs delays, hurricanes, snowstorms, coronavirus, etc.), and I cannot be responsible for possible delays or losses.
  • Before Christmas, international airlines, customs and postal services are very busy, so the delivery time may increase by 1-3 weeks. Please consider this when placing your orders.

Are there customs charges for international orders?

For US customers: No. Orders are sent
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - the duty is paid at the post office at the time of shipment.

For other countries: International orders may be subject to customs fees. Ukrposhta does not provide information on which countries charge customs duties or what the fees will be. Please use a customs calculator to estimate the duty fees in your country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on your national postal service website or global tracking platforms like 17track.

My tracking hasn’t updated in a while. What should I do?

When the package is in transit (on the way to the destination country, in the transit zone of the airport, or at customs), the tracking will not update. This is because the package is in a container with international mail. After customs clearance, the tracking will work again.

IMPORTANT: Some local postal services do not provide online tracking for international registered airmail.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Standard international delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Please note that in rare cases, it can take up to 2 months. If your parcel information hasn’t updated for a long time, please contact us and we’ll help.

What should I do if my package status says it’s delivered, but I still haven’t received it?

Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages. International delivery is beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local postal service for more information about your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive within a few days.

What materials are your tools made of?

My cutting tools are designed and modeled by me. They are 3D printed using eco-friendly PLA plastic. Every tool is engineered to be durable and provide a clean cut with a sharp 0.4 mm cutting edge.

How do I clean my clay cutters?

To remove stains, use a cotton swab moistened with rubbing alcohol. Over time, the filament may absorb some clay pigment; this is normal. Do not wash the cutters in the dishwasher, and keep them away from direct sunlight or high heat to avoid deformation.

How to prevent clay from sticking to my cutters?

Work on a glossy surface: Use a ceramic tile, glass, or marble. Do not use matte surfaces.

Ensure good adhesion: Use an acrylic roller to make sure the clay is firmly stuck to the tile.

Cornstarch method: You can dip your cutter into cornstarch and shake off the excess to prevent sticking. Be sure to wipe any powder off the clay with a clean, soft brush (like a makeup brush) before baking, or it will bake into the clay.

Water dip: You can also dip your cutter in water to prevent it from sticking to the clay.

The 1/2 cut method: Cut halfway through the clay, lift the cutter entirely, and then cut through the remaining half.

What should I do if clay gets stuck inside the cutter?

You can carefully remove the clay with a toothpick or a needle. Avoid rocking the tool or applying force, as this can damage the cutter.

How do I care for, clean, and store my texture stencils?

To remove pigments or clay residue, simply wipe the stencil with rubbing alcohol or wet wipes. If needed, you can briefly wash it in cool, soapy water and dry it immediately. Do not bake with clay, do not use boiling water, do not wash in the dishwasher, and keep the stencil away from direct sunlight or high heat.

How should I care for my earrings?

  • All earrings are made from polymer clay. These items are lightweight and delicate, they should be treated with care.
  • Polymer earrings are slightly flexible when warm.
  • Use caution when putting the post into the small rubber backer. Be certain that it is right in the hole before slipping the post in.
  • Earrings without glaze can be cleaned with cold water and soap.
  • Please do not wear earrings during sleep, showers, bathing or swimming.

Are your tentacle earrings heavy?

These earrings are designed for everyday wear. However, they aren’t as lightweight as dangle or stud earrings. A pair of tentacles weighs 10–16 grams (depending on the design). If you’ve never worn this type of jewelry before, it may take some time for your ears to adjust to the weight. Please consider this when purchasing.
